BCTDA Board Meeting – December 2020

Wednesday, December 16, 2020, 9:00 am - 11:00 am

The Buncombe County TDA meets monthly. Meetings are open to the public and agendas are posted 48 hours in advance. Typically the meetings are held on the fourth or last Wednesday, 9:00 a.m. in the Boardroom of the Explore Asheville Convention & Visitors Bureau, but due to the holidays, the December 2020 meeting will be held on December 16.

Public Comment

The BCTDA will receive public comments via email sent to Reply@ExploreAsheville.com. All comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 2020. Please provide your full name and organization (if applicable) and put “Public Comment” in the subject line. Brevity is appreciated. Comments received by the deadline will be provided to the board prior to the start of the meeting and will not be read publicly. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Relevant documents will be posted below prior to the start of the meeting and emailed to everyone who has registered by 8:00 a.m. on December 16. Additional meeting materials including minutes, staff recaps and performance indexes will be posted after the meeting.
