Explore Asheville hosted a Special Partner Forum on Major Events in 2018, presented in conjunction with the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce.

Attendees learned about several exciting events planned for 2018 in the region:

• The World Equestrian Games in Tryon, an event expected to attract close to 500,000 to the region later this year
• The Chihuly exhibit at Biltmore, a world-class glass art experience attracting art lovers
• ClimateCon at The Collider, a premiere conference designed to bring together the science and business community
• And a round-up of other major event news!

Explore Asheville staff also provided a 30-minute training session on how to best promote your events through Explore Asheville channels.
