BCTDA Board Meeting – September 2020
Wednesday, September 30, 2020, 9:00 am - 11:30 am
The BCTDA meets monthly, usually on the fourth or last Wednesday, 9:00 a.m. Meetings are open to the public and agendas are posted 48 hours in advance. Additional meeting materials including minutes, staff recaps and performance indexes will be posted after each meeting. Please refer any questions to Jonna Sampson, Executive Operations Manager, at jsampson@ExploreAsheville.com.
To comply with state and local orders regarding gatherings during the COVID-19 state of emergency, and to keep everyone safe and healthy during this challenging time, the BCTDA meeting will be held electronically via Zoom Webinar.

The BCTDA will receive public comments via email sent to Reply@ExploreAsheville.com. All comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 29, 2020. Please provide your full name and organization (if applicable) and put “Public Comment” in the subject line. Brevity is appreciated. Comments received by the deadline will be provided to the board prior to the start of the meeting and will not be read publicly. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
