TPDF Project Annual Report Form

The Annual Report is a report that must be made by the Grantee to the Grantor by January 15 of each year during the Term of the Agreement, with the Term commencing on the Effective Date and continuing for four years after the Completion Date, unless terminated earlier according to the terms of the Agreement.
